Scenario: FF that is used to schedule buses. There are a variety of options each with pricing based on what you choose (regular time, overtime, overnight, etc.)
You have pricing for 2025 and now have pricing for 2026 and want to let folks schedule a bus for either year. What scenario would you use to call for the right pricing based on the year to each individual field calculation?

I would utilize a form that would capture the yearly rates (I call them feeder forms) and then use a lookup field in the parent form where people choose the bus schedule and pay the actual fees.
Have a look at https://formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/lookup/#kb-populate-fields-with-values-from-a-selected-entry on how to utilize lookup fields to populate fields from your feeder form.

Bobby is on the right track, but what the exact implementation looks like is based on your design that we know nothing about. If you'd share a screen capture of your pricing matrix, it would help visualize a design and provide a best practice approach to your implementation. Then, if you need a developer's help to implement it, I'm sure Bobby would be happy to help.

Might be easier to provide you an xml export of my form. Would that work?

Hey Michael, I’m sorry, but that would require providing you with a level of support that’s not really suitable for volunteers in a community forum. We’re all just regular users like you, and many of us make our living supporting Formidable. I can’t speak for Bobby, but as a volunteer without any connection to Strategy 11, working with your form in my development environment would need to be paid.

Thanks Victor.
Michael, similar to Victor's sentiments, this does end up in a paid scenario.
I can do the initial consult up front without payment and a solution developed on my development website, but then it would be baked into anything we agree on in any final solution that is developed on your side.

I"m open to knowing what hourly rates you might charge. This is a solution that my not for profit for Veterans really needs to make our system more sustainable. mthena@honorflight.org is my email if you have an interest in offering me some paid assistance to see if a solution that would not require custom coding would work.

I like you have been using FF for a number of years and am an advanced user and keep finding more intricate ways to make it work. This solution is escaping me and something tells me it can be done.
