I tried to submit a support ticket while logged in to my account and it keeps sending me back to AI. THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING!!! How do I contact Formidable Support now?
I tried using the chat window. I said I wanted to talk to a human. AI asked if I wanted to talk to a human. I clicked on the button to respond Yes. AI asked the same question again. I clicked on Yes, please. Nothing happened. Dead end again!

Hi Steve, I have been on the hunt for your email address to notify you of the shocking level of support I have received. I am always chasing. No one is willing to get on a call and just hide behind emails. Happy to discuss the details of the problem or you staff member Kolahn should be able to fill you in.

It keeps giving me this link to submit a support ticket, but this just takes me back to the stupid AI conversation: https://formidableforms.com/new-topic/

Did you see this at the bottom go the form: ask to speak to our human support team.
I just copied that into the box and it asked if I wanted to speak to a live rep.

Hi Victor,
After logging into my account, I see two ways to submit a ticket. The first is if I scroll down to the bottom of the page after logging in, and click on the link next to the orange Search button that says "Or Submit a support ticket". The second way is if after logging in, I click on the Support link in the menu on the left side of the page. The page that I am taken to has a button labeled Submit Support Request. Either way, I end up in AI hell deadend.
