What are our options at this point to have more than 1 question on a page, or stop conversational mode, or embed a non-conversational form?  Are there still no workarounds?

I have a Conversational Form with a short contact form embedded at the end, that does not have "Turn on conversational form mode" turned on, but because of the form it's embedded in, they have to do the annoying Name, next, Phone, next...

Any help is appreciated!
