I want to display HTML text in emails and PDF. I have seen this is possible from https://formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/html/#kb-display-html-field-content-in-views This does not show where to put the code?
Could someone show an example?

That knowledge base article explains how to use the HTML field in a view. There is n o code. IT's just the standard field shortcode you add to a view. See this: https://formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/create-a-view/
