Dear all,

I'm new to Formidable plug in, wordpress and whatever come with it.

my idea is to create a record add documents with issue and expiry date. The expiry date will be calculated by selecting radio check (happy to follow any best practice advised). please check screenshot attached.

the custom selection will have a number field where to type in the custom expiry extension (not yet present and to be honest I also do not know how to do it so extra help is welcome)

the expiry date, again, will be calculated based on radio selection and related numbers of months

Can someone point me to the right direction, please?

You can use date calculations to get the expiry (future) date.
