When I use a page break in my form, the confirmation message shows, and then it reloads to page 1 with the values I entered.
In another form without a page break, after submitting, the confirmation message appears, and the page reloads empty.

That could be related to more than a dozen different caching issues most likely your environment. You are the first person I can remember bringing your issue up here. I suggest opening a ticket with Strategy 11 to see if anyone else has reported this. If not, you need to look to your environment.
