How can I change the subject of emails?

I'd like to see some of the information the customer entered in the form in the subject line. Even the overview of entries in the dashboard only shows the first name. I need more information.

Can I change this?

You can put the data from any field in the subject line using its field if or field, just as you can in the body of the message. I'm not sure how the list of entries relates though you can click the "screen options" button and customize the view to show any columns you want
