How to change From Email for one particular form

Hi, guys,

 

I have one form for downloading PDF document from the website.

 

When the user submit their email address, they receive an email with a link to download the PDF.

 

But we need the From Address for this email to be different than the Wordpress default address.

 

I've tried to change it but it still does not work - please check the screenshots.

Populate the from field with any data you want and save the form.

Not sure, if I understand.

In the From Field I only have some text and the email address of the persons responsible for such emails - adela@...

But the email the user receives comes from the default info@... address

So to me the From Field is already populated with the content I want but it does not show correctly when the email arrives to the inbox.
