Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a way to add an email OTP (One-Time Password) verification step to my forms.
The desired workflow is:

  1. User enters their email address.
  2. User clicks a button to "Send Verification Code".
  3. A numeric code is sent to the user's email.
  4. User must enter that code into a field on the form.
  5. Only after the code is correctly entered, the user can submit the entire form.

I am using Formidable Forms. Could you please guide me on how to set this up? Are there specific add-ons or settings for this?
Thanks in advance for your help!

Because my sales website has recently been receiving a lot of invalid inquiries with incorrect email addresses, I want to add a verification step for the email addresses submitted by users. I then found Formidable Forms online, which is said to have a feature that can solve this problem.

This can be done to some extent, but it isn't built in and would require custom design assistance. I would recommend using proper security/auth tools instead. Are you using a Captcha field?
