why the text on my emails send by my forms registration are white, where do I change the colors?

the form is in a darkbackground and all the fields are white, but I like the message text color normal not the form classe is the an upgrade issues? I never had this issue before, 

also PC users are complaining that the dropdown is showing background white and text white, I have MAC I dont see the issue

is someone having the same issue?
