We use three Formidable forms on our website. All appear to be working correctly, but only two of them are actually creating entries. There are no entries for the third form, but I think they used to exist.
How can I trouble shoot this?
Have you definately not got 'Do not store entries submitted from this form' ticked, in settings, general?
