I have several sites that are all experiencing the same issue. The options/checkbox buttons show up stacked in one column no matter if I choose to display inline, or in multiple columns. Anyone else experiencing this?

The difference between what you see in the form builder and the front end is like comparing apples and oranges. The front end is a mix of theme and plugin CSS files. To troubleshoot, you need to learn how to use your browser’s inspection tools. This is the only way to figure out which CSS is actually being used.

The "C" in CSS stands for cascading, which means that the last style sheet that’s loaded is the one that’s used. So, if you don’t see Formidable’s CSS on the front end, it could be because one of two things is happening:

1. The style sheets aren’t loading.
2. Formidable’s style sheets are loading, but they’re being overridden by the theme or another plugin.

Until you can figure out what’s going on, no one can help you unless you want to hire a developer. You need to give us enough information so we can help you and figure out what’s wrong.

Thanks for your presumptuous response. I was merely asking if anyone else had experienced this issue. I did, in fact, do the necessary inspection using dev tools—I use it all day long. The screen shots were to just illustrate my field configurations on a site that was previously fine. For it to happen on multiple sites made me suspicious. I've been a dev for a long time, and have been using Formidable Forms Pro since 2012. If I have an issue next time, I'll just skip the forum and reach out to support.

One of my clients ran into it on all of his sites. He contacted Strategy 11 (Formidable), and they sent him a patch to apply manually, but as far as I know, it's not become part of an actual release, though. I suggest reaching out to support.

Thank you, Rob. This was helpful. I've been maintaining these sites for a long time and ran all the usual inspections. I think I'll reach out to support.
