Is it possible to add show/hide password icon on the login form (after a user has registered) I have it enabled on the registration form.

If you're trying to do it using the frm-login shortcode, no. If you make your own form and assign it in the Formidable global settings as the login page, then yes. https://formidableforms.com/make-passwords-visible-in-wordpress/
