We’re currently experiencing an issue with Stripe Link on our website.
A number of payments are appearing as “pending” and they all seem to involve Apple Pay or Google Pay — with Apple Pay being the most common. We’ve been able to reproduce the issue by completing our form using Safari’s native autofill, followed by Apple Pay. This results in a payment that remains in a “pending” state.
As a temporary workaround, we’ve disabled the “Enable Stripe Link and additional payment methods” option under Form Settings > Actions & Notifications > Payment, which appears to prevent the issue. However, we’d like to continue offering Apple Pay and Google Pay as payment options.
Stripe logs show 'The PaymentIntent requires a payment method'. We've already re-built the payment field in the form as suggested in Formidable docs.
Do you have any recommendations for troubleshooting this further?
