User interface for bulk importing entries via csv?

I know that you can go to the Import/Export page and upload a CSV this way, but this requires access to Formidable Forms in the Wordpress UI, which can be intimidating to my users.
Has anyone, or do you think it would it be possible to create a Fromidable Forms interface for users to bulk import entries via CSV?
