i have set the click in the style editor to have a background color - no change ..
 
on this one when you click submit it rotating something?? inside the button? i dont have any transforms or anything its seems like formidable is wanting to rotate something

You have the form set to submit with Ajax. Turn Ajax off.

Then, I'm stumped. I couldn't see anything in your CSS to do this but it is very likely CSS related. There could be theme or another plugin's CSS that could be causing the abnormal behavior.
