I have a woocommerce webshop where the products are made from woo and formidable forms.

When the products are ordered, Woo sends an email with order confirmation.

My wish is there must be info from certain fields from the forms in the email subject line that is sent by woocommerce. how do I do that?

This question is impossible to answer without taking a look at what you've built. There are many ways to integrate WooCommerce and Formidable. You can integrate from either direction.
