How to remove last name from name field

Hi, does anyone know how to add theme field but ONLY have it display the first name? e.g. I do not want to collect last names. This is for an outcome quiz.

Why are you using a name field if you only want the first name. Use a text field.

Thank you for the info. I'm new to FF and building forms from scratch, so I didn't know I could do this, I just chose the email part of the form fields (which seemed logical to me). Thanks for the help!
