Hi!
I was wondering if anyone knew how to include the HTML section in with the entry submission. Here is an example of a form, if you scroll towards the bottom you will see the HTML section we would like to be included with the entry. Our goal is to print this off and then add our signatures.

The right way to do this is to use an approval workflow to obtain the signatures so they become a permanent part of the entry.You can't store HTML as an entry. If the signatures and/or approval block are converted to an image, you can store a reference to the image in the entry using an upload field. You don't many choices given how the system process is defined.
