This is for a art and craft show. The person can pick a space (1- 85) and I would like them to see what/who is on the adjacent spaces.
For example, I have the site map and think I would like space 50. I enter that number in a field on the form and then it shows who/what is in space 49 and in another field space 51. If the adjacent space isn't assigned the default value would be "not assigned".
The who/what information is in a field on the registration form and so will be the fields mentioned above.
How is this done?

It could be relatively complicated and you are likely to need help from a third-party consultant. We will have questions. Let's start with the first:
Do you need an actual visual representation of the spaces and the layout of those spaces? If yes, what does that look like and can you describe it?
It's probably not quite this simple.
Example: A square shape, with 12 vendors on each side along the top and bottom and then 13 vendors along the sides of the square people when enter at the lower left between the left side and bottom?
