There is a hook https://formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/frm_api_post_response/ that can store responses from your API calls. You can create a custom function and integrate into this hook, if the response code equals an option you are looking for.

We are using the Formidable Forms App, along with the Salesforce Integration and Logs Integration. We have been unable to figure out how to create an email notification if a Form Submission results in a 4XX or 5XX responce status. We would like to have this ability to evaluate submission errors for the integration. Is there an option/suggestion that we have not identfied.
