I'm just wondering if the quiz feature can use data from another form.

I have a form with Pictures of individuals and their names (Member Form). I want to build a fun quiz that will Display a random picture from Member Form entries and then have a multiple choice of answers (generated from the Member form as well, preferably filtered so that if a 5 yr old boys picture is displayed, it will show boys in the same age bracket). This way it will teach people the names of the members.

Can the Quiz function be used to build something like this?
Has anyone tried anything like this?
