Cannot get image for checkbox to appear in view

I went through all the shortcode examples below for displaying image choices but still can't get it to work. It will only display the name of the checkbox/choice selected, not the image.

"I went through all the shortcode examples below for displaying image choices" There are no options for displaying the image. Radio Button and Checkbox images display as the default. "By default, images will be displayed. Labels will be displayed if labels are displayed in the field." The only option that should be relevant is the size parameter.

Ah. I removed the name of the label in the form and then just used the [x].
