Our WP Engine system is saying that the Formidable Views plugin we have installed on numerous sites, version 4.0.05, is out of date and the current version is 5.5.1. But in WP admin there's no option to update.
It appears that they are confusing it with the Visual Views plugin. But this only just started very recently - like in the last few days.
Any idea why it would suddenly cross wires like this?
Do you have an active Pro support license? If you do, log into your account and download the latest versions.
yes we have an active license. But usually the plugins can update right from wordpress admin. Why are they not now? would suck to have to update dozens of sites manually like this every time there's an update. Add to that, we don't want to use Visual Views on all sites, just Legacy Views but we are being told it's not updated. Why would it only just now show the views plugin as needing to be updated with the wrong plugin being the new version?

Actually it's more insidious than that too. Formidable PDF's we have installed in 2.0.1 but it's saying the latest is 2.0.3 but in WP there's no option to update. On one site we have the Visual Views 5.4.1 installed but there's no option to update to 5.5.1.
