Is there a way to hide or disable a particular option value in a select field when a user selects an option in another select field?

For example:

Select field A
Mercury
Venus
Earth
Mars
Jupiter

Select field B
Yes
No
Maybe

If a user selects either Mars or Jupiter, then Maybe is hidden or disabled (greyed out) for selection.

I can't think of a native FF way of doing it. A few lines of jQuery code will handle it if you're good with that.
