Where is my form? It's missing!

I have been building a form for a few days. This morning I went to finish it. It is gone! I can't find the partially built form anywhere. I didn't delete it. There are no deleted forms visible from my Formidable dashboard within Wordpress.  The only way I know to access and edit my forms is via my Wordpress admin interface. I can probably access them through the file manager provided by Godaddy, but I don't know what the forms are called as files and where they exist in the file system. Godaddy, as the host of my site backs, does a daily backup. I do not know how to navigate or use that system, but I imagine I can get Godaddy to leverage that if necessary. Thanks for any advice on how to find or retrieve or revive my missing form! WordPress:6.5.5|Active theme:Hello Elementor v3.1.1

Forms are not files. Forms are stored in the frm_forms and frm_fields database tables. Forms just don't disappear either unless something went horribly wrong and corrupted the database or the form was deleted or was not saved. Here is a link to Formidable's database schema so you can see where forms are saved. You can look in the tables through PHPMyAdmin.

It doesn't seem like anything went horribly wrong and corrupted the database, because everything else seems normal.

The form was saved (or "updated") regularly. I do not recall deleting it. It is not visible as an item in 'trash'.

Anyone ever experience this? Or have any ideas?

Do you know how to use PHPMyAdmin? Check for the form in the frm_forms table. If it's there, the [problem of not seeing it is someplace else. You'll need to do thr troubleshooting or get someone to help you troubleshoot.
