Hi,   Is there a way i can iterate through the entries of the form and check a field date if it is over a date...and sends email whenever detects there is an entry about to expired ? somehow similar to microsoft power automate.   Thanks in advance

One way is to create a PHP program that loops over the form entries, calculates which entries are affected, and then triggers an email notification. You can then set up a CRON job do call the PHP program at your desired interval.
