Field Label Not Updating or Centering

Hi, I've searched this topic and tried a few of the suggested solutions but nothing has worked yet. I used the Pay Raise calculator template and edited it to what I need, but when I change the Field Label text, it doesn't update on the front-end. It also doesn't align to the centre per the CSS I added. I have tried the following:

  1. Cleared browser cache
  2. Cleared website cache
  3. Used different browser
  4. Used mobile browser
  5. Changed page template in case it was a theme conflict

Hope someone is able to help, thank you so much :)

Earnings per share will never display because it's a hidden field. The correct CSS class is: .with_frm_style .frm_top_container .frm_primary_label

Ah ok, so then since the field is hidden, where is it getting the old label "Your new pay will be" from? I didn't change anything but the text.

Thank you for the updated code, I'm actually only looking to center the results field, not all fields - is that possible?
