I have a form called Request New Vendor, where people enter relevant info about a new vendor, including name. I also have a Vendor List that I use as a dropdown in another form. Is it possible to automatically add the name field entries from Request New Vendor form to the Vendor List ?

You can use either a dynamic field or a lookup.

It sounds like you should look into dynamic fields. If I'm reading your question correctly, Request New Vendor appears to be a master list of vendors, correct? If Vendor List is a lookup field on another form, make it a dynamic lookup. You'll have access to every field on the RNV form for reporting purposes regardless of which field you display in the dropdown.

Thank you both. I feel stupid now. I was totally overthinking it. I've got dynamic fields all over the place. Not sure why it didn't work in my brain.
