Screen video: https://share.shoutcloudstudios.com/04unY4l9 The option to center the form on the page that is located in the Styles --> Advanced area keeps reverting to inactive after selecting it and then saving it.  This is happening to me on all of my forms and on all sites that have this feature.  Anyone else seeing this?

This is because the theme controls form centering. Make sure you enable Override Theme when you center the form.
