i need to set a LIKE  parameter but it is not part of the list of parameters, please what do i need to do. see attachment

Have you tried "contains"?

"Like" was renamed to "contains" in Visual Views 5.5.1: https://formidableforms.com/changelog/visual-views-5-5-1/
