Hi all,
I need a way to keep better track of client support than I can do through email alone.
I've been looking through potential solutions and I'm thinking about using the SupportCandy WP plugin.
Does anyone have any experience, good or bad, with using FF and SupportCandy together?
Any known issues or integrations?
I don't have agents or anything, I'm just a sole freelancer, but need a forum like system where I can have the information that the user entered when they registered on my site, all of their posts and my responses, and private notes to myself, all in one place. If you have experience with any similar system that you like let me know :)
Thanks,
Chris
I think many of us devs that provide support build our support tools with Formidable. I've never heard of SupportCandy. What functionality does it provide that can't be done in Formidable?
I think probably it could all be done in FF, other than emails being imported into the support system, I'm not sure how they do that, I'll look more into it.
The advantage just being that it's ready to go. I love what can be done in FF, but since I only create with it a few times a year at most, I have to relearn so much each time and experiment and test and test and adjust until it's working right, it takes me forever. That's not a ding again FF, I love it, but I'm just not experienced enough with it to do something rather involved efficiently.
It would be really cool if FF had a template for something like this, or a marketplace of importable templates that would accomplish this. I don't think they do, do they?
Chris
Formidable has 319 templates in its library including 18 dedicated to customer service/support. Are you saying there's nothing in the library that can serve as a starter form?
