Some Forms not loading for logged in user

Hi there I recently changed website hosting. Now some of my forms do not load properly for logged in users only. When logged out all is fine. I do not have any limits on the forms regarding logged in form submission limits etc. Any ideas?? Thank you

How did you migrate the database? If you have custom code referencing field IDs and the field ids changed when you moved the site, it could have broken your code.
