I've got a form with address fields in, this already has a number of entries. I would like to create a map of the entries. I've added the geolocation plugin, added the maps API to general settings, and created a map view, but I just get a grey box rather than a map. I edited the address field to tick 'address autocomplete', but I still just get the grey box. I am guessing that this may be because the addresses weren't entered with the autocomplete. Is this correct? Is there something else that I'm getting wrong? If it is how the addresses have been entered, is it possible for me to update them all through an import, rather than editing them one by one? Thanks.

Are there errors in the browser console?

<p><p>I hadn't thought to look. Only one error showing:</p><blockquote><strong>Incorrect use of label <label for="FORM_ELEMENT"></label></strong><p> </p>The label's for attribute doesn't match any element id. This might prevent the browser from correctly autofilling the form and accessibility tools from working correctly.<p> </p><p>To fix this issue, make sure the label's for attribute references the correct id of a form field.</p><p> </p><p>1 resource</p><p>Violating node</p></blockquote><p>I don't know if that is significant.</p></p>

Not sure why all the html is showing in this comment, can't seem to get rid of it.

That error has proved to be generally meaningless. That doesn't leave me with much to offer but a thought a question. Question - are you using the Formidable Geolocation addon for the map? Thought - you can hire a developer to look into it for you https://formidable-masterminds.com/developers-directory/

Yes, I've been using a different maps plugin, but thought as this is built into FF I should just use the functionality that is there.
I'll test with a brand new form and see if I can get that working, that may give me a hint as to what I need to do.

I seem to have got this figured out. There were two issues: 1. The HTTPS referrer field in the Google Forms API wasn't filled in correctly (my mistake, although I thought I'd followed the guidance carefully). 2. It seems that you can't map existing address fields. They need to be re-entered. Re-importing them doesn't work either. This was mangeable for me to do manually (I had about 100 entries), but tedious. Would have been really frustrating if I had more. Oddly there are two records in which the address fields won't update. I think that is likely to beyond the scope of community support though. I'm going to send a support request for that.
