Hi all, hoping someone can help?

I have 2 dropdown fields - Location and Time

will it be possible to limit the number of both selections that are submitted?  

E.g 1) Location A & 8am = 3 times submitted / selected

2) Location B & 8am = 3 times submitted / selected

3) Locations C & 8am = 3 times submitted etc etc
