Hello,
 
I am creating a corrective action recording form. I have a (main forms) and embeded the corrective action form inside the main form.
My question "How to submit many entries in the embedded form to be related to the parent entry in the main form?"

I honestly don't know what you mean by "many entries", so I'll just have to guess that what you're looking for is a repeatable section https://formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/repeatable-section/ rather than an embedded form.
