Get the field ID (Example: 32) of the value you want from the first page and simply set that as the default value for the field on the second page. Like this: [32] It doesn't happen to update if you go back to the previous page and then forward for whatever reason.

That's the same case. Just drop the field ID surrounded by brackets.
