There isn't an easy way to do this. Formidable doesn't integrate with SEO plugins. To use a Formidable View, it must be displayed in a post or page. If you are using a SEO plugin, then apply the meta data to the page the view is on, not the view itself. Views are not web pages. They are content. Meta data lives in the of the generated page/post. If you are not using a SEO plugin or your SEO plugin doesn't allow yo to change meta data, then you need to write custom code that uses native WordPress hooks to create meta data for views. If the tags are different for each view, you need to use a WordPress conditional to identify the view's page to ensure it gets the right meta data.
