What's the best way to hide or disable the "previous" button?

I'm creating a survey that can't have an option to go back. Hiding it with css would be fine but I'm not sure how to do that.

Remove the following line of code from the Submit Button area on the form's Customize HTML page: [if back_button]<button type="submit" name="frm_prev_page" formnovalidate="formnovalidate" class="frm_prev_page" [back_hook]>[back_label]</button>[/if back_button]
