Table View Column Moving

Does anyone have a trick for drag-moving / rearranging the columns in a Table View? I have several views made using the Table View and depending on the selected Row Style, there are 2 scenarios that prevent me from rearranging table columns. With Row Style = Zebra Stripes, the column headers are invisible in the editor and the only way I can get them, and the Drag Icon, to appear is by hovering over a data cell. As soon as my cursor leaves that cell to grab the Drag Icon, the header and Drag Icon vanish. With Row Style = Match theme settings OR Row Style = Grid, I can only drag column headers on newly created Table Views. Any Tables Views created prior to 6.7 won't work it all. The column header just takes on a shadow when I click the drag icon, but it won't move. The other thing missing on Table Views created prior to 6.7 is the Add Column button that appears to the right of the table. I'm on FF 6.7 and WP 6.4.2. I've tried this in Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari. I've tried it on a Mac and a PC. The issue is consistent across platforms.

Also happening for me. Can't drag columns. I intermittently have a similar issue in Layout Builder as well.
