Hi, I activated the "user flow" add-on on Formidable Forms. On the help doc, the example shows a referral (like Google.com). When I look at it on my website, only actions on the website take place. There is no way to see where the visitor came from. The first event is a service page on the site, then the form gets submitted. Does this mean that the user arrived at the site via direct link or is there another setting I need to adjust?   It is great that I can see what they have been doing while on the site, but I want to also be able to see how they got there, like how the help doc shows.

The information is in the database. I just tested the user tracking add-on in my development environment. Did you follow the directions for displaying the information on a post/page? https://formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/formidable-user-tracking/#kb-add-to-pages-and-posts
