Hi.    I have made my first from which is needed for parents to sign their children and them selfs up to join a family swim. The form is a registration form with medical conditions etc.  Currently once they fill in the form it says \" your responses were successfully submitted\". I want the form to also stay on the page so they can complete again for another person! At the moment they need to close the page and reopen to get the form back which is confusing for customers.   Some pics attached.  Thank you

There are two ways to do it: 1. If you don't need to show a confirmation message go to the form's Settings -> Actions & Notifications, edit the Confirmation action and set it to Redirect to URL and set the URL to the page with the form. 2. If you want to show the message and then redirect after a few seconds, use the strategies here.
