Hidden fields not pulling in values

Hi all
I have a series of hidden fields that pull data from a ref table/form (City, Postcode, Long & Lat). In it, I have a max of 6 hidden fields which come with an organisation name in a dropdown. 
The issue is it is not pulling in all the data although it is there, for example - City or Lat data all the time. These are at the end of the form, would this affect the performance?

Please explain how you are applying the values to the hidden fields.

Not quite. Is it anything you can share publicly or send me the form and entries via export to my email dgodfather@techmavenconsulting.com? I think you are close, but want to see what you are missing.
