Pass a field entry to another form

Hello!

I was curious if anyone has figured out how to do this. I wanted to take an entry from any field on one form and pass it to the same type of field on another form. IE, take a filled-out address field on one form and pass it to another address field on a separate form.
Thanks to anyone in advanced for any help!
