I want to use created entries in a form be used as blackout dates on a calendar. I know I can add blackout dates from the form builder but I need to allow someone else to add blackout dates that does't have form builder access. I found this code:

It was helpful but there are 2 things I can't figure out how to do.

1. pull dates from entries of a form
2. modify the code to support multiple blackout dates. (the example only work for new year's day)
