Hi Community!   I would like your help for the following strange issue I have encountered:
  • I want to apply the Edit & Delete links for the corresponding posted published Views contents as explained in this online tutorial of Formidable:

    https://formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/set-up-front-end-editing/#kb-edit-and-delete-in-place

  • The obtained Edit & Delete links seems to work fine according to my tests so far, however the problem/issue I now still have is that the following HTML-tags string would still be appearing in my post as well:

    <div id="frm_del_container_[id]"><div id="frm_edit_container_[id]">

Where the [id] part would be populated with its corresponding container number of Formidable Views.

So my main question is how can I make sure that such mentioned HTML-tags would finally disappear from my published posts where such snippets have been applied in such corresponding Formidable-Views?
Many thanks in advance for your help!

<p>I also noticed that my html changed without me touching it. No use of the visual editor. I just opened a ticket with support.</p><p>In my case, it added a </table> tag which wasn't added there 100%.</p>

Hahaha it just happened here... I definitely did not have those p tags

Hi Shawn, thank you also for your response, and as you can see in below thread, the solution suggested by Victor had worked fine fortunately in my case, cheers!

If the HTML is appearing on the view, it sounds like you used the visual editor to add the HTML instead of the text editor. You have to use the text editor to add HTML code.

Hi Victor,
Just had applied your solution suggestion just a moment ago (there may be some time zone hours difference between us) and it worked fine now without any HTML tags showing up any more, so thanks a lot for your prompt response and suitable solution for my situation!!
