Hi, I see a bar that looks like a top menu bar every time I load my page when logged in. I have narrowed down the culprit plugin and it is Formidable forms. I also disabled all plugins, leaving just formidable plugin and I still see it. It's difficult to take a screenshot because it only shows for about a second or so and it's gone. But it is visibly distracting. Could this be a code error in the plugin? I need help please. Thanks

Can you post a link to the page?

You will also need to enable a default theme instead of whatever you have running. Could be your theme.

I replied in the "Answer" section below to allow me to add the necessary screenshots

I have attached two screenshots here. I also replaced the theme but still see it. Interestingly, I just checked the three websites where I have Formidable forms installed and THEY ALL HAVE THIS BAR. The bar appears in frontend when I try to reload the page as I stated earlier, then the second screenshot appears inside of elementor builder also when I reload the page. I'm not very worried about the second one because it's backend but the bar in the first screenshot is very concerning because visitors also see it. Thanks

The pictures don't help provide an explanation as to what is going on. They just verify what you are seeing. The only action that can help diagnose the issue is to examine the site and run some basic debugging processes.

If this were a bug in Formidable, there would be many reports of it. Since you're the only one that has posted about this issue, I am guessing it's a problem with your environment.

What version of PHP are you running? Any version lower than 7.4 is no longer supported.

Are you using any caching or optimization plugins on the site or server? Clear and disable all caching.

2.png is concerning. Are you not using the block editor? That insert screen isn't used any longer for adding a Form or View to a page. What version of Formidable are you using? Please update to the latest version.

Formidable forms: Version 5.4.2 |
PHP version : 8.1.
Theme: Generatepress, Version: 3.1.3
I'm also using elementor builder.

No caching nor optimization plugin was installed.

I've exhausted all of my guesses. I don't have anything else to suggest except to open a support ticket with Formidable.

Will do. Thanks for your responses

Hello!! (sorry for my english, I'm using google translator)   I don't know if the solution I'm going to give you will help you, but you don't lose anything by trying, right?   Paste the code inside the <head></head> of the theme. I hope it solves the problem. In my case it helped me to remove the flashing effect that occurs with DIVI.   <script type="text/javascript"> var elm=document.getElementsByTagName("html")[0]; elm.style.display="none"; document.addEventListener("DOMContentLoaded",function(event) {elm.style.display="block"; }); </script>
