hi how can I add Egyptian pounds (EGP) to my formidable Settings as its the national currency

Use https://formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/frm_currencies/ and look at the function get_currencies() in /wp-content/plugins/formidable-pro/classes/helpers/FrmProCurrencyHelper.php to see what fields you can populate.
