Hi there,

I am setting up a Website for a friend with a moving company.
He basically needs just one big form, where a potential customer can plug in .. like everything.

I already set up the form, which is wirking fine I think. But I am not happy with the report. 

The form as you can see in the link, it is room by room with fields for any possible item customer wants to move.

But the report is just a long list without the headlines (rooms).

Ho do I do this.
I just want him to receive a list with like

Kitchen:

Living Room:
