I'm trying something new as a workaround to my last question (How to get an accurate average rating), so bear with me...  

Let's say I have a bunch of entries that look something like this: Category - Product - Name - Rating  

I want to add a hidden field in my form that averages the values across all entries of ratings for a specific name. For some reason I can't figure out how to do that. Anyone able to help?
